ICAR, clearly simpler
AMP VISUAL TV is launching a new range of cars designed for simultaneous filming and broadcast via IP.
Our range of 7 ICAR vehicles consists of multi-camera plug & play HD production units with an integrated IP broadcast solution via satellite, SDSL or 4G. Two operators work in each ICAR, and depending on the configuration of the filming the production unit can be transformed into a Fly unit. The ICAR production unit consists of a TRICASTER mixer and its 3PLAY slow motion solution, 3 cameras, 3 tripods, 3 fibre optic interfaces, cables, etc.
The ICAR can be self-sufficient in power for totally autonomous filming.
High-speed satellite transmission solution via Eutelsat and the K-Sat satellite with 2 options:
- Economical IP transmission of 6 Mb/s upload not guaranteed for live streaming (live streaming encoding speed of PGM <= 1 Mb/s)
- IP upload transmission of between 4 and 15 Mb/s guaranteed for live streaming (live streaming encoding speed of PGM > 1 Mb/s
