NRJ MUSIC AWARDS: A MUSICAL EVENT
The NRJ Music Awards are one of the music industry's major events. This year once again, we provided the technical resources to film the awards ceremony that took place in the Cannes Palais des Festivals.
The whole French and international music scenes came together in Cannes on 7 November for the NRJ MUSIC AWARDS. For the second year running, TF1 Productions entrusted AMP VISUAL TV with filming the ceremony, as well as the pre-awards Le Before, and the special 50min Inside programmes.
In Cannes, our Millennium Signature 11 OB Truck delivered Tristan Carné's production with over 15 cameras. Our IXIPROD 2 truck was also there for production of Le Before and 50min Inside. The night before, it has also recorded "Dancing with the Stars". IXILIVE 4 and 7 provided satellite transmissions for the main feed.
An amazing spectacle was captured by our cameras and watched by 5.6m viewers (29.6% of total audience), many of whom were posting on social media. There were over 2.5m tweets trending about the event.
