The 2013 Gucci Paris Masters, an unforgettable event
This year once again we were at the Gucci Paris Masters. Our Millennium 8 truck was at the Parc des Expositions de Villepinte for a double Eurosport and Equidia broadcast.
For several years now, we have filmed the Gucci Paris Masters, an internationally renowned showjumping competition. For the fourth annual event, Eurosport and Equidia have once again chosen to work with AMP VISUAL TV. Our Millennium 8 truck was there to carry out the dual production for both channels. We covered four events from Friday 6 to Sunday 8 December: the Longines Speed Challenge, the Style & Competition for Amade (charity event), the Battle of the Sexes, and the Gucci Grand Prix that closed the competition on the Sunday.
Stationed at the Millennium 8's main mixer, Olivier Denis could switch between 7 cameras (including two RF) for Eurosport. For Equidia, we had 3 extra cameras, including one RF camera for the station's presenter. We also provided 3 commentator stations for Eurosport France, Eurosport in English, and Equidia. This setup was made possible thanks to the pre-cabling work carried out three weeks in advance. Planning and coordination.
Our Optimum 9 truck attended the opening of the Paris Horse Show that played host to the Gucci Paris Masters, recording the Nuit du Cheval broadcasted by Equidia.
The first stage in the Indoor Masters Grand Slam, the Gucci Paris Masters brought together the world's finest showjumping talent.
