Appointment: Dimitri Mendjisky
Dimitri Mendjisky has joined AMP VISUAL TV as Director of the Services Factory. Gilles Sallé (CEO of AMP VISUAL TV) has tasked him with managing the Services Factory's development in France and abroad.
Services Factory, the consultancy department at AMP VISUAL TV, provides consulting, audit, and project management assistance for TV broadcasting projects in France and abroad.
In particular, the department provides technical and strategic consulting services, such as assistance in launching or restructuring TV channels (technical, production, programmes, equipment, technician training, strategic positioning, communications, etc.), auditing and engineering audiovisual infrastructure (venues, stadia, etc.).
Services Factory also provides technical and HR support to customers with major projects. For example, advice on the technical facilities and workflows that are required, or assistance in its implementation, organisation, and logistics.
As this side of its business grows, AMP VISUAL TV intends to secure significant international growth, and Dimitri Mendjisky's arrival embodies this desire.
Dimitri Mendjisky has worked in the TV and digital audiovisual sector for over 20 years, in a career spanning Europe, Africa, and Asia. This experience and his grass-roots knowledge affords him real expertise in media development.
After starting his career in production, Canal+ tasked him in 1999 with launching and managing themed channels such as Allocine Télévision. As Production Director, he helped to launch Prime Time on TF1, M6, and France Télévisions, as well as for Channel One in Russia and CCTV in China.
In 2007, he was appointed audiovisual attaché to Singapore by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he worked to promote the French media industry in the 14 countries that make up Southeast Asia.
3 years later, he took the helm at a media consultancy firm in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), before launching his own company in Paris for business in West Africa.
Dimitri Mendjisky entered his position in January.
